01

Before Booking

Choosing a plan, pricing, and service details

We accept bookings through our online reservation system.

Select your preferred photography plan and date/time, then fill in the required details to complete your booking.

The latest pricing for our photography plans and add-on options can be found on the booking screen.

Pricing varies by plan content and service adjustments, so please select your preferred plan and check the price shown on the booking screen.

We're sorry, but we do not offer a discount for reducing the number of retouched photos.

Each plan is a package price that includes hair & makeup, the shoot, delivery of all unedited photos, and a set number of retouched photos.

You are not required to use all of your included retouches — you may select only as many as you need — but unused retouches cannot be converted into a discount or refund. Thank you for your understanding.

As a general rule, we do not actively offer discounts or PR arrangements in exchange for social media posts or tags.

If you're interested in a PR collaboration, we review each request individually — taking into account your follower count, the type of content you post, how well it fits with the studio, and the details of the shoot.

As a general guideline, we only consider PR requests from accounts with 30,000+ followers, but meeting this guideline does not guarantee a discount or PR arrangement.

We may also be unable to accept requests that come with many detailed conditions around the shoot content or how it's posted.

If you'd like to be considered, please send your account information and details of your request via Instagram DM.

We offer hair & makeup as a standard service because we place great importance on a finish that matches each shoot's concept and lighting.

Hair and makeup done by yourself or at another salon is not optimized for our shoot concepts and lighting, so it may affect the overall look and final result. Please keep this in mind when making your decision.

That said, if you would prefer not to use our studio hair & makeup, please select "Skip hair & makeup" under "Optional adjustments" when booking.

Yes. Men's hair styling and makeup are included in both our Men's and Couple photography plans.

Men's makeup is generally kept minimal — evening out skin tone and any areas of concern and adjusting tone so skin looks great on camera. Even if you don't normally wear makeup, we make sure the result looks natural and comfortable.

If you'd like a bolder look or a specific style, we can adjust to your request — just let our staff know in advance or on the day.

Companions who are not part of the shoot are welcome at no extra charge. They can wait in our waiting area while the session is in progress.

Please note that, depending on how the session and waiting time go, we may need to ask companions for some of their time as well.

If a companion would also like to join the shoot, an additional fee applies depending on the number of people and the content of the shoot. Please let us know at the time of booking or in advance if you'd like this.

After Booking

Cancellation policy, session length, and outfit preparation

Date changes are accepted up to 3 days before the session. Time-only changes can be requested up until the day before.

Cancellations are free up to 3 days before the session. Cancellations made 2 days before, the day before, on the day, or no-shows incur a 50% fee.

As we operate on a reservation-only basis, last-minute changes or cancellations can affect other guests' bookings and that day's operations — we appreciate as much advance notice as possible.

If you think you'll be late, please contact the studio as soon as you know — the earlier the better.

As we operate on a reservation-only basis, a late arrival can affect the rest of the day's shoot schedule and our overall studio operations.

There is no extra charge for arriving late, but depending on that day's bookings, we may need to adjust your session time or how it proceeds — thank you for your understanding.

As a guide, a session takes approximately 2.5–3 hours for 1 concept, and approximately 4–4.5 hours for 2 concepts.

The actual time may vary depending on hair & makeup, outfit changes, how the session progresses, and how comfortable you are in front of the camera.

We recommend allowing plenty of extra time for anything you have planned after your session.

Studio costumes and props are available for free use on all photography plans. You are also welcome to bring your own outfits.

Please note that free costume/prop rental is a service included in the plan price, so choosing not to use it does not change or discount the plan price.

Yes, that's fine. We can also work out your shoot image and concept together with your photographer on the day.

That said, deciding on a direction from scratch on the day can take extra time for discussion and preparation. To help the session go smoothly, we recommend preparing — even loosely — things like "a mood you like," "an image you'd like to try," or "reference photos" in advance.

Having reference material ready beforehand helps us understand what you're looking for more accurately and suggest the right approach for your shoot.

Yes, you're welcome to let us know your preferences.

If you have a makeup or hairstyle image in mind, we recommend bringing reference photos if possible. Sharing images lets us confirm the intended look together more accurately.

As our hair & makeup artists are non-Japanese staff, using reference images alongside your description — rather than words alone — helps avoid any gap in understanding fine nuances or details.

Yes, you're welcome to bring your child with you.

That said, we don't have a dedicated changing area or facilities for young children, so please check what you'll need in advance and come prepared with any outfits or essentials for them.

Please also keep safety in mind during the session — we recommend bringing along another adult to look after your child if needed.

On the General (Concept Fashion) plan, you may opt out of hair & makeup.

We also offer standalone hair & makeup services: studio visits from ¥15,000 and travel visits from ¥44,000.

Payment is due after your entire session is complete on the day of your shoot.

04

After Shoot

Photo delivery, retouching timelines, and usage rights

Retouching turnaround varies depending on the content of your shoot, but as a guide, it typically takes about 5–7 days for 1 concept and about 6–9 days for 2 concepts.

During busy periods or depending on our current workload, the turnaround time may run longer or shorter than usual — thank you for your understanding.

If you're in a hurry, we also offer an "Express Retouch" option that shortens the turnaround time. Please let our staff know in advance or on the day of your shoot if you'd like to use it.

Unedited photos are typically sent the evening of your session through the following morning.

To keep the file size manageable, we export them as lightly compressed PNG files and share them via Google Drive, with the download link sent to you by DM.

Delivery time may shift slightly depending on the content of your shoot, the amount of data, and how the day's schedule progresses — thank you for your understanding.

Yes, we can.

Correcting skin issues, acne, scars, and uneven skin tone is included as part of our standard retouching.

Tattoo removal is also possible. Depending on the size, design, and how it appears in the photo, it may require more editing work than usual.

If there's something specific you'd like fixed or a detailed request, please circle or mark the area on the photo and send it to us along with a description via DM.

You're welcome to use your photos as-is for social media posts, personal profile pictures, birthday events, and other personal use — no extra fee required.

On the other hand, for large-scale commercial use — such as advertising, promotional materials, or corporate campaigns — a separate commercial usage fee may apply depending on the scope of use.

If you're unsure whether your intended use counts as commercial, or have any concerns about the scope of use, please contact us via DM in advance.

Yes, you're welcome to add your own edits to the photos.

That said, we recommend basing any additional edits on the version we've already adjusted for color, brightness, and skin texture, as this makes it easier to keep the overall quality consistent.

You're also free to edit from the original data if you prefer — the final editing approach is entirely up to you.

Unedited data is generally kept for about 3 months after being shared via Google Drive. Data past this period is deleted on a rolling basis, so please be sure to download and save anything you need within that time.

Finished, retouched data is kept for longer than the unedited data — typically 1 year or more.

That said, long-term storage is not guaranteed, so we also recommend making your own backup of the data after delivery.

Yes, you can order additional retouching even after your photos have been delivered.

If you'd like additional retouching, please select the photos you want and contact the studio via DM.

Payment for additional retouching is by bank transfer. Once we've confirmed your payment, we'll proceed with the retouching work.
